Our Mission

To Promote the Distribution of Benefits Produced by the Clean Energy Economy

The Sharing the Power Foundation has been established to offer financial assistance to organizations and causes that serve historically underserved urban and rural communities through programs that support their immediate environmental and clean energy needs. The foundation’s primary areas of focus are: ensuring equal access to renewable energy resources, clean air and water; increasing the availability of energy assistance programs; and expanding opportunities to pursue workforce training in clean energy careers.

We fund organizations addressing environmental injustice; clean energy infrastructure in our most vulnerable urban and rural communities; and facilitate clean energy and sustainability career pathways for students.
